Called at 8:01am and talked to Olivia in service about getting my RV in for an oil change asap as I was on the road for a month and was passing through at about 1pm from Montana. She booked me an 2:30 pm appt. We were a little early so we hung out but at 2:31 Bryan came out and took are unit in and in no time we were back on the road. So for all fellow RV ers this was first class treatment and very competitive. In this day and age it needs to be mentioned. Being from the east coast when I’m in a Las Schwab area I wouldn’t think twice about using there services.

Recently had my jeep in for a tire rotation and inspection. It took forever to get it done. They came back stating the the tierod pitman and list of other items required replacement. The vehicle only has 46k mileage. Yes the tires are not of good quality and require replacement. But back to the recommended repairs. I took the vehicle to the jeep mechanic for an inspection. They said the tierod components were good. The tires just need replacement. So who is tell the truth? Is the vehicle safe to drive? Les Schwab used to stand for quality. Not so much. I'll be purchasing new name brand tires from Costco. Their prices are better and they include much more with the purchase than what less Schwab will offer. V/r SS

I've been going to Les Schwab since I was 16 with my first car. This location in Government is fantastic and they are quick with their work. I got new shocks and struts and they had me coming back for it in a couple hours. They also do my winter and summer tires so I frequent them often and the employees are very nice and reliable.

We were traveling through Idaho and our trailer had a bad valve stem. We camped overnight at the Kootenai Co Fairgrounds where Les Schwab employee Kenny came to our location and replaced the valve stem in less than 20 minutes! This was after the store had already closed, but they said don't worry we will send someone out. Shout out to Kenny and thank you once again for the outstanding service!

My tire was low when I went to pick my husband up for lunch, so I had to make a quick stop here. They told me upfront it might be a few hours but said they’d try to get me in sooner—which I respect more than empty promises. They let me charge my stuff while I waited, got me in once I handed over my keys, and actually explained what was wrong and how they fixed it no guessing, no runaround. They even threw on new windshield wipers while they were at it. Bottom line: good service, good people, and they got it done faster than they quoted. That matters.
